The Quietek™ is a very reliable piece of equipment – many of the first instruments made are still in use today. However, if you think there is a need for service or repair, please contact us right away. We offer a repair and calibration service that will ensure your Quietek is working just as well as the day you bought it.

The calibration service includes evaluation of the device, repair of any systems required to bring the instrument up to full working order, and calibration of the flow rate to ensure it meets the AVMA recommendations.

Many organizations require equipment to be on a preventative maintenance (PM) schedule. We had previously suggested annual calibrations of the Quietek. After having performed so many calibrations and seeing how reliable and durable the Quietek is in the field, we now suggest a 2 year calibration interval if your institution requires PM. The exact service interval should be determined by your organization – in many cases it may not be necessary at all.
